Background

• I have worked in the legal field for 20 years. Most of that has been spent doing defense work: DWI, criminal and traffic. I have done some bankruptcy work but that is not my specialty these days. My first job in the legal field was working on the Bennett Funding Group Ponzi scheme working for a firm that was trying to recover assets for investors. After that I worked for 6 years for a local attorney by the name of Randi Bianco. She did a lot of serious felony criminal defense work including murder, manslaughter and appeals.

• I have worked for Bob since the summer of 2009. His practice consists of DWI defense, criminal defense, traffic and bankruptcy. I was born and raised in Northern New Jersey but moved to California after I graduated from high school. After working for a few years, I attended the University of California at Davis where I was an Animal Science major. That curriculum was not what I was looking for, so I transferred to SUNY Morrisville.

• That is how I ended up in Central New York. I graduated from Morrisville with an Associate's Degree in equine science and then raced horses for about 10 years with my now ex-wife, who I met while going to school at Morrisville. After my involvement with horse racing was over I was looking for a new career. Not just a job. That is how I ended up going to the Legal Assistant Program at S.U. and the rest is history. I am no longer married but I have one (1) son who is now 27 years old, lives in Brooklyn and works for Google in lower Manhattan.
